Can I use the app right now?+
Not yet. This is a concept preview and a working beta interest list. The map and planner use sample places, not live recommendations. We haven’t announced a release date.
What happens after I sign up?+
We send an email asking you to confirm your address. Once you confirm, we record your interest. The team can then contact you about your application or invite you to a test when a suitable one is available. An application does not guarantee access.
Is joining free?+
Yes. There is no charge to register interest, and we don’t collect payment details. If a future product has paid features, pricing will be explained before you choose them.
Will you track my location?+
No. This website doesn’t ask for GPS access or track people. You enter a city for your beta request; the interactive concept runs in your browser.
Is this the previous LocateForMe app?+
This is a new chapter focused on discovering places and making everyday plans. It does not provide the previous app’s tracking, emergency or lost-device functions. Old accounts have not been imported into this beta list.
Can I leave the beta list?+
Of course. Use the withdrawal link in your request email, or write to beta@inbox.locateforme.com. You can also reply STOP. We will remove your request and stop beta application emails.
