In order to use our services, individuals must download our App from the Android Market Place and Apple App Store as per their smart devices. Individuals must create their own accounts. ViaSpot's privacy policy protects our individual member's personal data while there are using our services. Our company adapts the privacy act law to protect our members.

You have the right to stop using our service at any time. Hence we will be sad to see you leave. However, we still own personal data and we try to preserves it at best level, because we care. Sometimes you may find inaccurate data appears in the App and website, due to poor or no signal from our designate resources. Hence, we provide the service as is. This site, its content, and any associated services are provided by ViaSpot on an “as is” and “as available” basis. ViaSpot makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of this site, to the information, content, materials or products included on this site, or to the functionality of any services associated therewith.

When it is permitted by law, ViaSpot and its suppliers and Distributors, will not be responsible for Lost Data, financial, personal and or asset losses, consequential, exemplary, profits and Revenues, or Indirect, special, or punitive damages.

BUSINESS USE OF OUR SERVICES
In order to do Business with ViaSpot, your Business must accepts the terms and condition set forth and will hold ViaSpot its affiliates, officers, employees and agents harmless and indemnify from any claim and law suit action arising from related use of the Website and App violation of any terms, any liability or any expenses arising from loses, damages, judgments, most all attorneys' fees ViaSpot will be not be responsible.
ViaSpot, may modify from time to time any terms of services and will post notices on this page that apply to our App and Website. You should look at the terms at regularly basis. Any changes in our App and website functions will be effective immediately. If you feel that you do not agree to the modified terms for our products, you may discontinue use our service.
All payments to ViaSpot are made in advance of any adversitment content placed on the website and app. Currently ViaSpot uses PayPal as its payment platform and you as a business agree to the terms and condtions set forth by PayPal payment policies and procedures.
If you fail to comply with our terms of services and we don't take action immediately, it does not mean that we are giving up our rights which we may have taken action in the future. If there is any particular term that is not enforceable, this will not affect any other terms and conditions.
Any dispute related to these terms of our any services will apply the laws of California, excluding California's conflict of laws rules. All Claims related to these terms or our any services will be litigated exclusively in the federal or state courts of Alameda County.
MEMBERSHIP TERMINATION
Any violation of these terms and conditions will result in instant and complete termination of your membership with ViaSpot. We will notify you at the time you attempt to access your account to contact the admistrator at admin@viaspot.com. You may also disable or delete your account at any time.
